Hello! My name is Kaitlyn, DTS Secretary/Social Media Manager and I’m going into my 3rd year of the acting program while also completing a Bsc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am super passionate about making theatre accessible for anyone who has a passion for it, and can’t wait to connect with you through our social media!
 

As secretary, Kaitlyn will:

a) maintain records and minutes of all Society meetings, and ensure their distribution in a timely manner;

b) ensure that all members receive proper notice of meetings and other events as specified by this Constitution;

c) regularly update members on events of interest;

d) promote the Society through our social medias and this sweet website;

e) manage applications for Society Grants to the DSU, and aid members in applying for individual Member Grants through the DSU;

f) read and understand DSU Grants Policy; and

g) represent the Society and the interests of its members in any meeting with agents of the DSU.
